Mitchell Farms is a remarkable agricultural enterprise founded by Dennis and Nelda in 1960. Since its inception, the farm has specialized in growing a variety of row crops, peanuts, and vegetables. Over the years, Mitchell Farms has developed a reputation for being a top producer of high-quality produce, thanks to the hard work and dedication of its founders and their team.
In 2006, it ventured into Agritourism, providing an opportunity for visitors to learn about farming and experience the farm first-hand. This was a significant milestone for Mitchell Farms, and it has since become a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.

Current Farm Operations
At our farm, we grow a variety of crops, including corn, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, and pumpkins.
In the fall, we sell green and dry peanuts, which are harvested from our fields in the late summer or early fall. Additionally, we offer pumpkins during September and October, just in time for the Halloween season.
